The company Gi Group HR Solutions d.o.o. Belgrade (hereinafter: Gi Group) takes care of your privacy and personal data protection.

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter: LPDP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR), we are obliged to provide you with information related to the processing of your data.

This Privacy Policy describes which personal data we collect from you and in which manner, information about legal grounds and purposes of the processing, the period in which we store your data, how we share and protect this data, as well as information about your data protection rights.


As users of our website and services that we provide to you, the data which we will process are the information that you have provided to us, which includes the following:

  • personal identification number;
  • e-mail address;
  • telephone number;


We collect data directly from you when you give us your consent, by registering in our database through the website and/or based on the agreement that we have concluded with you.

The data will be processed by Gi Group to communicate with you and find the right job for you, to enable you to use adequately our recruitment and selection services and HR consulting and training services, to send you other important information related to the purpose of our business, as well as for functional purposes of our activities such as market research, economic analysis, and statistics.

Only necessary data related to business and informing are collected, following the positive regulations, business practices and to provide quality service.

Your data will only be used for the aforementioned purposes unless otherwise is required by law.


Personal data shall be kept for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.


For data processing purposes, your data may also be transferred to third parties, such as related legal entities operating within the Gi Group, as well as other legal entities that have concluded business agreements with Gi Group.

The transfer and processing of your data to third parties shall be done only under the provisions of the LPDP and the GDPR.


Right to access – you have the right to request information from Gi Group on whether we process your data, access to such data, as well as the right on a copy of personal data.

Right to rectification – you have the right to rectify incorrect personal data without delay, as well as to supplement incomplete data.

Right to erasure – you have the right to request the erasure of your data from Gi Group in accordance with the LPDP.

Right to restriction of processing – you have the right to restriction of processing of personal data with Gi Group if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of data, as well as in other cases prescribed by the LPDP.

Right to data portability – you have the right to receive from Gi Group your personal data which you have previously provided us and the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from Gi Group, in case the personal data are being processed based on consent or performance of a contract.

Right to object – you have the right to object to Gi Group on the processing of your personal data.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – you have the right to lodge a complaint to the Commissioner if you consider that processing of your personal data is being conducted contrary to provisions of the LPDP.


We respect the principles and regulations of personal data protection and we do our best to process only necessary personal data.

Gi Group enforces all necessary technical, organizational and personnel measures to ensure that processing of personal data is carried out in full compliance with the LPDP and the GDPR.

The protection measures are intended to ensure the effective application of the principles of personal data protection in order to fulfill the processing conditions prescribed by the LPDP and the GDPR, and at the same time to protect your rights and freedoms from unauthorized use, loss or disclosure of personal information.

Only authorized associates and employees in Gi Group have access to your personal data and may only use them in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, LPDP, and GDPR.


Gi Group reserves the right to amend and supplement this Privacy Policy.
