WHAT IS OUTPLACEMENT?
Companies are facing many changes in their business development process, which often results in the redundancy of certain positions and releasing of employees. We support our clients who face such challenges to part from their employees as painless as possible in order to ensure the best possible outcome for both sides.
The main goal of our outplacement journey is to provide support to program participants in their career transition. Additional value for the client is preserving the positive reputation of the company as an employer who takes care of their former employees as well as maintaining work moral among employees who remain in the company.
HOW DOES THE OUTPLACEMENT JOURNEY LOOK LIKE?
Depending on the number of participants, the outplacement journey can be group or individual, and we can offer various modules tailored to operative, professional, and managerial position levels.
Outplacement journey includes the following destinations:
- supporting program participants to overcome the job loss more easily
- counseling about career and job market opportunities
- support in defining career goals and creating plans for future employment
- defining an adequate job search strategy
- support in the active job search.
Depending on the chosen module, our journey takes 2 to 6 months.

Our experienced career management consultants have years of business experience and understand challenges, obstacles, and dilemmas our clients might have. In addition to that, our consultants are psychologists who are trained to conduct coaching sessions, which helps in understanding the emotions of the participants and in establishing a relationship of trust with them.
